Description

The contract shall take the form of a framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum amount and no maximum amount, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement is single-awarded. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a period of 2 years from the date of its notification.
