Description

Maintenance service of air and cable lines of Elering AS in two parts in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documents. The procurement documents are partially confidential. The tenderer must have access to the confidential documents in order to submit a tender. The tenderer shall send the signed confidentiality agreement to the contracting authority for inspection of the confidential documents. The contracting authority signs the relevant contract, returns it to the tenderer and forwards the confidential documents to the tenderer within 3 working days. The contracting authority shall reject the tenderer's tender if the tenderer has not concluded a confidentiality agreement and thereby has no access to the confidential documents. / Grounds for exclusion and selection criteria: See the tender specifications
