Description

Je adviseert over complexe ruimtelijke ordeningsprojecten en vergunningaanvragen (bouw/milieu), evenementen en omgevingsplannen. Alles wordt door jou getoetst en voorzien van een deskundig advies. Je voert je werkt uit via ons zaaksysteem en werkt mee aan de continue verbetering van onze processen en sjablonen. Afhankelijk van de ervaring en kennis die je meebrengt en ons werkaanbod, kijken we op welke werkzaamheden de nadruk komt te liggen. Als je de ervaring hebt en het ook leuk vindt: geluidsmetingen uitvoeren en deskundig advies geven bijvoorbeeld bij evenementen en klachten. Om effectief te kunnen adviseren, houd je contact met onze interne collega’s (o.a. ROM/Bouw), maar ook met de collega’s bij gemeenten. Je bent zelfstandig, proactief (ook als het gaat om het ondersteunen van jouw collega adviseurs) en je werkt projectmatig. Als teamspeler benut je de kwaliteiten van je collega’s om samen meer te bereiken. Je maakt deel uit van een klein hecht team met zeer ervaren collega’s. Het thuiswerken is goed gefaciliteerd en geaccepteerd, waarbij we elkaar regelmatig op kantoor treffen. Samen zoeken we daarin de optimale balans.
