Description

The supply of fresh fruit and vegetables on the basis of separate orders intended for mass caterers by the contracting authority and its organisational entities (hereinafter referred to as the buyer), in the estimated volumes and ranges within the meaning of the specifications set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to the framework agreement. The subject-matter of the contract is described in its entirety in such a way as to be precisely and intelligibly specified.
The transport to the place of filling, loading and unloading of the goods to the designated warehouse, including the removal of packaging, is an integral part of the supply.
