3. Description of the subject of the contract
3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of small neurosurgical equipment – 4 groups
3.2. CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary code: 33.14.00.00-3 medical supplies
3.3. Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in the Price Forms – Annex 3/1-3/4
3.4. The minimum payment period required is 60 days.
3.5. The change in VAT takes place by operation of law.
3.6. Medical devices which are the subject of the contract shall be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of 20.5.2010, medical devices offered must be authorised for marketing and use in accordance with the rules laid down in the Medical Devices Act.
