Предметът на обществената поръчка включва извършването на извънгаранционна поддръжка на технолoгично и електрооборудване и специализиран софтуер на 9 /девет/ броя пожаронаблюдателни кули, контролни центрове към тях, както и единен център, обединяващ информацията, собственост на „Югозападно държавно предприятие” ДП Благоевград”, обхващаща дейности по първоначална цялостна диагностика на оборудването и софтуера, ремонт и възстановяване на работоспособността на дефектиралото оборудване, подсистемите и системата като цяло, сервизно обслужване след получен сигнал за техническа неизправност и годишна профилактика, за период от 2 (две) години.
