Description

The Contract consists of two separate lots. Lot 1 – Reinsurance Lot 1 concerns comprehensive hazard reinsurance for buildings, business equipment/inventory, other property and goods, rolling stock and fleet. The reinsurance contract to be concluded shall provide cover up to a maximum distribution of EUR 50 000 000 per event, in excess of the own retention applicable to VGA, in accordance with the provisions of this Programme of Requirements. Lot 2 – Excess insurance Lot 2 is an excess insurance contract to be entered into through VGA, which provides cover for claims that fall within the applicable insurance portfolio of Lot 1 and exceed the amount of € 50,000,000 per event, plus the own retention applicable to VGA. Insured sum portfolio 11,500,000,000
