Description

Neubau einer dreizügigen Grundschule am Klinikstandort Harlaching (Seybothstraße) mit 2-fach-Sporthalle, integrierter Tiefgarage und Hausmeisterwohnung. Das Gebäude hat 5 Geschosse und 2 Untergeschosse, (Grundfläche ca. 2.200 m², Bruttogeschossfläche ca. 9.550 m², Rauminhalt ca. 45.700 m³). Ein Allwetterplatz befindet sich im 3.OG, die Pausenfläche im 4.OG. Es werden 3 Lernhauscluster mit je 100 Schüler und Schülerinnen und 10 Lehr- bzw. Erziehungskräften vorgesehen. Es ist von einer Gesamtpersonenzahl von 330 auszugehen. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Stahlbauarbeiten. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1
