Description

SMUAB upphandlar nu behovet av kompetenser för stadsutvecklingsstöd.
Beställaren avser att teckna ett till tre ramavtal, antingen med en leverantör som har alla kompetenser eller med leverantör som kan utses till generalkonsult med en eller flera underkonsulter.
Upphandlingen genomförs i enlighet med bestämmelserna i lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU) med ett Förhandlat förfarande. Tilldelning av kontrakt kan ske utan förhandling om den upphandlande myndigheten så bedömer möjligt.
