Description

The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code of Public Order. This is a framework agreement with a minimum of EUR 800000 HT and a maximum of EUR 4800000 (s) excluding VAT for a duration of 48 months The framework agreement will be executed by issuing order forms. The services are paid by unit prices. The Departmental Council, with a view to promoting employment and combating exclusion, has embarked on a proactive policy of integrating people seeking employment or exclusion. For this purpose, it decided to call on its privileged partners, companies, in order to promote access to employment for these persons, through the implementation of the occupational integration clause (social "), a condition for the performance of the contract which is binding on the contractor in accordance with the provisions laid down in the contract.
