It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation (“LLDC”) as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract for enabling works on Stratford Waterfront at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (“QEOP”). The works required are intended to include (without limitation):

— design and build of temporary and permanent utilities,
