Description

This tendering process is related to the Government's proposal to increase the maternity allowance, which will allow more products to be included in the maternity package to be distributed in 2026. The tendering process is based on the Government's proposal to increase the value of the maternity grant by EUR 40 as of 1 April 2026. The value of the maternity allowance is currently EUR 170. If the Parliament approves the Government's proposal, the value of the maternity package would be EUR 210 from April onwards. The increase will allow more products to be included in the maternity package to be distributed in 2026. The target of the procurement is the supplementary purchase of the maternity package for 2026. The products are described in more detail in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender. Kela will procure an estimated 20,000 items (+/- 15%) per item from the supplementary purchase of the maternity package for 2026. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the tender documents. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
