Description

1. The subject of the public contract is: ‘Modernisation of lighting infrastructure in the Municipality of Krzywda’ 2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: 1) execution of the executive design and its agreement with the local Distribution System Operator - PGE Dystrybucja SA Rejon Siedlce before the start of installation and conclusion of an agreement with the DSO on cooperation in the modernisation of road and street lighting, 2) dismantling 845 pcs of existing luminaires, 3) delivery of LED street luminaires in accordance with the submitted offer, instead of carrying out installation works in the amount of 845 pcs. (with the possibility of remote wireless control of each luminaire individually), 4) installation of external lighting luminaires on booms and poles in accordance with the "Description of requirements for the performance and functionality of street lighting modernization in the Municipality of Krzywda" (Annex 1 to the SWZ, tables), in the amount of 845 pcs, 5) commissioning of the lighting control system together with the installation of the system management application, 6) making measurements of lighting intensity for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Ordering Party, 7) making projects of temporary traffic organization along with its introduction, if required, 8) making as-built documentation.
