Description

As part of the renewal of its technical equipment, TV5MONDE carries out invitations to tender, broken down as follows:
Restricted invitation to tender relating to TV5MONDE’s multi-distribution device:
Lot 1: acquisition of hardware and software, support and training: the successful contractor will supply part of the distribution hardware and software to be operated by TV5MONDE staff and ensure their maintenance,
Lot 2: operating services: the selected contractor will supply part of the distribution hardware and software, operate and maintain them,
Restricted invitation to tender for TV5MONDE’s production device:
Lot 1: acquisition of hardware and software, support and training: the successful contractor will supply part of the hardware and production software to be operated by TV5MONDE staff and ensure their maintenance,
Lot 2: operating services: the contractor selected will supply part of the production hardware and software, operate and maintain them,
Restricted invitation to tender for TV5MONDE’s post-production device:
Lot 1: acquisition of post-production and publishing hardware and software, support and training: the successful contractor will supply part of the hardware and production software to be operated by TV5MONDE staff and ensure their maintenance,
Lot 2: acquisition of hardware and software for the implementation of a documentary base, support and training: the successful contractor will supply and maintain the archiving hardware and software to be operated by TV5MONDE staff,
Lot 3: Operating services: the selected contractor will supply part of the distribution hardware and software, operate and maintain them,
— Restricted call for tenders for the provision of a process and service management system (Sygeps).
The selected contractor will provide the software necessary for the implementation of Sygeps, ensure their integration with the other TV5MONDE functional units and their maintenance. It will also ensure the integration of the entire TV5MONDE information system by ensuring the coherence and full interoperability of all software implemented in the new TV5MONDE system.
A call for tenders for information management will be launched at a later stage:
As modern infrastructure requires continuous monitoring, which includes both maintenance and dynamic adaptation of configurations that can be outsourced on demand, TV5MONDE wishes to entrust management to a specialised IT company. This single lot includes the management of storage, network, telephony and information system.
In order to ensure full integration and interoperability of the different equipment supplied by potentially different providers who will win the calls for tenders described above, TV5MONDE has decided to launch this restricted invitation to tender consisting of 2 lots:
Lot 1: general project management, support and maintenance of the new technical equipment,
Lot 2: supply and maintenance of IP infrastructure.
