Description

1. The subject of the contract is the digitisation of selected collections of the Elbląg Norwid Library (PL-EPP) as part of the project "Polish musical culture in a European perspective – sources and contexts", to which the collection of rare musical prints will be subject in the amount of 46,544 pages (estimated value). These include co-legislative positions, bonding in antique luminaires (often not easy to fully open). Collections stored in various types of folders and plating. The size of the materials after unfolding can exceed A2 format. Music prints come from the period from the 18th to the 20th century. Digitisation should be carried out in accordance with the rules specific to this type of material. Digitization will take place in a place designated by the Ordering Party; it is not possible to remove materials from the owner's premises. The digitization service applies to 995 musical print objects with a total estimated number of 46,544 pages. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The order will be carried out as part of the project entitled: ‘Polish musical culture in a European perspective – sources and contexts’, financed by European funds under the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 programme, grant agreement FERC.02.03-IP.01-0003/25-00. 4. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
