Description

1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wykonanie kompleksowej usługi edukacyjnej polegającej na organizacji i przeprowadzeniu w 2022 r. obowiązkowych kursów specjalizacyjnych przeznaczonych dla lekarzy uczestniczących tzw. „modułowym” procesie kształcenia specjalizacyjnego na warunkach określonych w
dokumentacji postępowania.
2. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 188 części.
3. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert na dowolnie wybraną liczbę części zamówienia.
4. Wszelkie informacje związane z postępowaniem dot. w szczelności: opisu przedmiotu zamówienia w odniesieniu do poszczególnych części zamówienia, warunków udziału w postępowaniu oraz podstaw wykluczenia, oświadczeń i dokumentów, które Wykonawca obowiązany jest złożyć, kryteriów i sposobu oceny ofert, projektu umowy zawiera SWZ dostępna na Platformie zakupowej Zamawiającego wskazanej w sekcji I pkt 3 Ogłoszenia.
