Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa implantów stosowanych w neurochirurgii Zad. 1 – Śruby do stabilizacji złamania C2 typ II + instrumentarium Zad. 2 – Klipsy Raneya wraz z aplikatorem Zad. 3 – Sztuczna opona Zad. 4 – Drenaże lędźwiowe zewnętrzne zamknięte, drenaże komorowe zewnętrzne zamknięte Zad. 5 – Preparat do kranioplastyki Zad. 6 – Proteza kości czaszki Zad. 7 – Jednorazowe materiały do zestawu wiertarkowego Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Częściami zamówienia są poszczególne zadania określone powyżej, tzn. zadania od 1 do 7 Zamawiający informuje, że Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę do maksymalnie 7 zadań (bez ograniczania ilości zadań na jednego Wykonawcę). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załączniki 2b.
