Description

In the present case, Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH intends to procure at least 100 loading cabinets, Lot 2 ‘loading cabinets’, of the order ‘iPads, loading cabinets and signature pads’. Lot 1 ‘iPads’ and Lot 3 ‘signature pads’ were procured separately on grounds of urgency within the meaning of Paragraph 15(3) of the VgV. A maximum of 150 loading cabinets can be accessed under the framework agreement for Lot 2 ‘Loading cabinets’. It is noted that the services of the contract ‘iPads, loading cabinets and signature pads’ are financed by the Hospital Future Fund (KHZF), which is refinanced by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). In this respect, the procurement of the services at issue in the proceedings is also subject to the relevant conditions of grant law.
