Description

Bei dem Vorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau einer Grundschule, einschl. Gestaltung der Freianlagen. Das Gebäude besteht aus einem dreigeschossigen Baukörper mit 3 Gebäudeflügeln für Unterrichts- und Sozialräume, einer Mensa/Aula, sowie einem Hortbereich. Das Gebäude ist nicht unterkellert. Die tragenden Bauteile werden als Stahlbetonkonstruktion mit Wandscheiben und Stützen hergestellt. Die horizontalen Geschossebenen werden aus Stahlbetondecken- und -unterzügen errichtet. Als Gründung ist eine Stb.-Gründungsplatte als "Hybride Bodenplatte" mit einem Trägerrost aus elastisch gebetteten Balken geplant. Die Fassadenbekleidung besteht aus einer Vorhangfassade. Das Dach wird als Flachdach mit einer extensiven Begrünung erstellt.
