Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of a brand new medium rescue and firefighting vehicle to the Voluntary Fire Service unit in Chmielów in the Nowa Dęba Commune.’ 2. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract for a period of not less than 24 months and not more than 48 months without a limit of kilometers, in the event that the Contractor does not enter in the tender form the guarantee periods offered by him, the Contracting Authority will consider that it offers minimum guarantee periods. If shorter warranty periods than the minimum requirements are indicated, the offer will be rejected. 4. Together with the car, the Contractor shall provide the relevant documentation necessary to use the car for its intended purpose in accordance with the requirements of Annex 6 to the RVU. 5. These proceedings are conducted in an open tender procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ‘the Public Procurement Law’ or ‘the Public Procurement Law’. In matters not covered by the provisions of this SWZ, the provisions of this Act shall apply together with the acts implementing this Act. 6.Procedure identifier ocds-148610-e4c7b587-1d07-4c1f-a13a-ddd9554ed65d 7. The procedure shall be conducted for a contract value higher than the Union threshold. 8.
