Description

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the purpose of operating the Bank Guarantee Fund building located at ul. I.J. Skorupki 4 in Warsaw, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 266) and the applicable implementing acts issued to this Act and the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, and the detailed conditions and rules for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
