The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, control system, calibrators and consumables along with the lease of analyzers to the laboratory of the Hospital SPZOZ in Garwolin at ul. Lubelska 50 within 24 months.3. It is not allowed to submit tenders for individual, selected items from the task. Tenders that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in the SWZ for a given task will be rejected. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the number of tasks (packages) for which the Contractor may submit a tender.The tender should include a complete (from the point of view of the purpose to be served) performance of the contract. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and detailed conditions are set out in the assortment and price form (Annex 2 to the Tender Specifications), in the list of parameters and conditions required (Annex 3 to the SWZ) and in the model supply and lease contract (Annexes 8 and 9 to the SWZ).
