Description

Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt.
Neubau eines Schulverwaltungsgebäudes mit einer Mensa und Aula, Verwaltungsräumen und Klassenräumen für Vorschulkinder, ca. 2300 m2 BGF, ca. 1940 m2 NF, Grundkonstruktion in Stahlbetonbauweise, Innenwände z.T. MW und Trockenbau, Dachkonstruktion als Sparrendach, flach geneigt, Fotovoltaikanlage. Die Außenfassade ist eine hinterlüftete vorgehängte Fassade mit Lärchenholzschalung, Holz-Aluminiumfenster.
