The building provides a complex of construction works, which aim to carry out the renovation of the building and include: replacement of window frames, implementation of thermal insulation system along the entire eastern facade, partly along the western facade at ground level (entrance of the building) and level 5 floor, and partly on the northern facade on level 5 floor, repair of the roof covering and roof drainage system, repair of lightning protection of the building, as well as internal repair of walls and ceilings, including replacement of interior and exterior doors, repair of lighting fixtures.
