Description

Im City-Gebiet der Stadt Zürich zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Bürkliplatz sowie zwischen Limmat und Schanzengraben soll für die Wärme- und Kälteversorgung der Energieverbund CoolCity realisiert werden. Dabei soll Seewasser als Wärme- und Kältequelle dienen. Für das Projekt soll ein Generalplanerteam Bereich Bau für das TP 2.1 Energiezentrale Selnau / Microtunnel beschafft werden. Mit zwei weiteren Ausschreibungen werden zeitversetzt bzw. gleichzeitig noch folgende Planerteams beschafft (die genauen Schnittstellen sind in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen TP 2.1 ersichtlich): - TP 1 Seewasserzentrale - Generalplanerleistungen (Publikation 31.05.2024, Offerteingabe 31. Juli 2024) - TP2.2 Energiezentrale Selnau / Microtunnel - Generalplanerleistungen Technik (Publikation 28.06.2024, Offerteingabe 04. September 2024)
