Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 ambulance type C for the needs of the Podkarpackie Ambulance Station in Mielec with technical and operational parameters consistent with the requirements described in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2. The ordering party requires the offer of a brand new ambulance type C with a medical part. The offered ambulance must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the warranty. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the minimum requirements for the base car, medical compartment and medical equipment, is contained in Annex No. 1 to the FTZ and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the FTZ. 3.
