Description

Les lots 18 et 20 ont fait l’objet d’une première consultation envoyée le 22/05/2025 sur la plateforme PLACE (avis BOAMP du 22/05/2025 n°25-57153 et avis JOUE du 22/05/2025 n°329457-2025). Ces derniers ont été déclaré sans suite pour motif d’intérêt général fondé sur le besoin de l’acheteur qui devait être redéfini. Le présent marché public est conclu au terme d’un appel d’offres ouvert en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2, 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché public est un accord-cadre qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec maximum exprimés en valeur au sens de l’article R2162-4, 2° du Code de la commande publique. Le marché public est mono-attributaire. Le marché public est traité à prix unitaires. Ces prix sont fixés au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) du lot concerné. Le marché public est conclu pour une période initiale de deux (2) ans à compter de la date de notification au titulaire. Le marché public peut ensuite être reconduit quatre mois par période successive de six fois.
