Description

Hankinta koskee kiinteistönhoitopalvelujen tuottamista Lahden Tilakeskuksen hallinnoimissa tarjouspyyntöön listatuissa kiinteistöissä. Kyse on hankintalain 26 §:n EU-kynnysarvon ylittävästä palveluhankinnasta. Hankinta tehdään avoimella menettelyllä, johon kaikki halukkaat tarjoajat voivat lähettää tarjouksensa. Hankinta on jaettu neljään alueelliseen osaan, joista tarjoja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa. Kaikista osista tehdään erilliset sopimukset. Osien määräaikaiset sopimuskaudet on kerrottu kunkin osan kohdalla tässä ilmoituksessa. Kaikkiin osiin sisältyy lisäksi kaksi yhden vuoden mittaista optiokautta.
