Description

Die KZBV führt die Modernisierung des eigenen Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäudes in der Universitätsstraße 73 in 50931 Köln durch. Für diese Gesamtmaßnahme schreibt die KZBV Bauherrenvertretung und Controllingmaßnahmen aus. Zur fachlichen Begleitung des Modernisierungsvorhabens und der Beratung der Auftraggeberin soll der Auftragnehmer die Erbringung der LPH 5 bis 8 sowie ggf. nachgelagert LPH 9 nach HOAI ab dem 1.1.2023 bis zur geplanten Fertigstellung in 3/2024 vor Ort in Köln kontrollieren und überwachen.
