Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi przewozu podróżnych zastępczą komunikacją autobusową uruchomioną za niekursujące pociągi w związku z wprowadzeniem przez Zarządcę infrastruktury kolejowej PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.
