1. The subject of the contract is the handling and settlement of non-cash payments made in real time using payment cards in the e-IC 2.0 service and the PKP Intercity S.A. Mobile Application along with the integration of the Contractor's payment system with the above-mentioned systems 2. The order includes handling and settlement of non-cash payments made via the Internet, made in real time with at least the following payment cards: VISA, Mastercard and Maestro and using electronic wallets: Google Pay and Apple Pay together with the integration of the Contractor's payment system with the e-IC 2.0 service and the Ordering Party's Mobile Application together with training of the Ordering Party's staff on how to operate the Administration Panel). The Contractor may also, in addition, make available payment cards or ‘payment wallets’ (also made available during the term of the contract) other than those operated by the Contractor. The order includes a payment authorization using a 3-D Secure 3-domain authorization (for Cards for which this is required). 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation were specified by the Ordering Party in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the FTZ (Specifications of the Contract Terms and Conditions regarding this procedure, published on the Purchaser's purchasing platform https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl).
