The subject-matter of the contract is works for the non-historical part of the site involving the reconstruction and extension of the sports hall and the connector building designated as Stage II in the design documentation.
The scope of the work includes:
1. Demolition of the removal and disposal of sports hall connectors, including ceiling, walls, floors and foundations.
2. Securing the transition to the historical building of the school for the duration of the construction works.
3. Construction of a new construction of the roof of the sports hall with warming
4. Extension of the sports hall where, among other things, the gym is located
5. Extension of the connector building with cloakrooms
6. Performance of façade artistic façade
7. Finishing works as per project
8. Thermomodernisation of the existing hall and the warming of newly designed buildings.
9. Replacement of roof over a sports hall.
10. Securing the existing floor in the sports hall.
Note: Provision should be made for the existing sports floor of the hall to be secured for the duration of the construction work. The protection of the floor should ensure that it remains intact throughout the duration of the works. Before carrying out the construction work, the contractor must carry out a photographic inventory of the entire floor area documenting both its technical condition and any destruction. Once the works have been completed, any additional damage not demonstrated early in the inventory must be repaired by the contractor.
11. Internal water-to-channel installations.
12. Ventilation and air-conditioning installations.
13. C.o.,ct., CWU installations, including the modernisation of the thermal hub to the extent necessary.
14. Electrical and teletechnical installations, AV system
15. Equipment in accordance with the specifications contained in the documentation.

16. Construction of external installations: water, sanitation and rainwater systems (included in the technical file of Stage I).
17. Construction of internal media connections to the extent that the premises of the sports hall and its facilities can function independently throughout the year.
18. Note: Land use (DROGI) does not fall within the scope of the contract.
Any own name of the products and materials referred to in the Procurement Project Documentation serves to establish the desired performance standard and to define the characteristics and technical requirements set out in the technical documentation. Equivalent equipment and materials, understood as equipment/materials made by any manufacturer with identical or better technical characteristics and utility values and fully compatible with the rest of the equipment, are permitted, provided that they meet the same technical characteristics and are approved by the Contracting Authority during the implementation phase. The contracting authority’s decisions in this respect will be based on the requirements set out in the contract documents as well as on standards and guidelines.
