Description

The client wants a sustainable, fully electric vehicle fleet. The Client expects the Contractor to be able to advise the Contractor in this respect. The Client wishes to conclude a further lease agreement on the basis of a full operational lease for all passenger and commercial vehicles purchased under the framework agreement to be concluded. The client has chosen this option because she wants to be completely unburdened. Each further lease agreement will have a term of 60 months or 100,000 km. At the end of the term of the further lease agreement or reaching 100,000 km, the passenger or company car will be taken over. The reservation application is not part of this assignment. At present, the scope of the contract is as follows: - Exchange of the current two service cars (see Annex 10), within X months (to be determined at the latest by the Information Note) of the date of entry into force of this framework agreement; - Two new electric service cars, with the further method of using the service cars remaining unchanged (see current situation), within X months (to be determined at the latest by the Information Note) after the effective date of this framework agreement; - The current three (3) lease contracts (see current situation) are maintained until the maturity of each of these lease contracts has expired. At the end of a lease contract and in the event of a need for a new lease vehicle, a new lease contract is concluded under this framework agreement; There may be a need for additional passenger and commercial vehicles during the term of this framework agreement. The total number of passenger and commercial vehicles purchased under the framework agreement to be concluded will not exceed 10.
