Description

The acquisition concerns the collection and transport of municipal waste from the sites of the North Savo Welfare Area to waste treatment. The procurement is divided into three (3) parts: Sub-topic 1. Northern Subdivision 2. Central Area 3. Further regionalisation of the Southern Sub-regions in the description of each sub-region. Municipal waste means non-hazardous waste generated by households and services, including the following types of waste: - combustible mixed waste - cardboard packaging waste - metal packaging waste - glass packaging waste - plastic waste - paper waste - biowaste In addition, the Customer may order the following for collection: - garden and park waste - textile waste - large wastes such as furniture, mattresses and large metal items The bidder must provide the prices for emptying and other requested items in the Pricing table attached to the invitation to tender. The pricing table must be filled in carefully for each price requested. With the Client's approval, the contract supplier may, as its own costs, exchange containers that have reached the end of their life cycle for its own. You can offer for all or selected areas, but within the area you must offer for all the requested areas (also for the Other Service tab). The sub-areas are on the tabs of the table. In the procurement, one (1) service provider (supplier) is selected for each sub-area. As a result, a maximum of three (3) suppliers may be selected for the procurement. If the same tenderer wins all areas, one (1) supplier may be selected for the procurement. The contract period is fixed-term for two (2) years from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2027, after which the contract will continue for an indefinite period with six (6) months' notice.
