Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the performance of a task entitled: ‘Supply of medicinal products and liquids
infusion’.
2. The entire subject-matter of the contract was divided into lots Nos 1 to 8 which were independent of each other.
3. Each lot shall be a separate subject matter of the contract. In the light of the above, the Contractor may submit
bid for the number of lots they choose freely. However, all items are required to be offered
product in the part. If no item is available, the tender will be rejected as non-compliant
TOR.
4. The contracting authority requires that the pharmaceutical products offered on the day of delivery must not be less than
8 months ‘use-by date’.
5. The contractor will be obliged to ensure that medicinal products and medical devices are transported in such a way
how to comply with the conditions imposed by the manufacturer in this respect. This requirement applies in particular to
thermoolable medicinal products.
