The subject of the procurement are works on the reconstruction of the Stubički Golubovec castle - "ZEZ centar Zagorje". The works are divided into two groups, of which the works on Group 1 relate to the complete and energy renovation of the Stubički Golubovec castle, and on Group 2 to the extension of the Stubički Golubovec castle and the access area.
