Description

The City of Lohja and the companies owned by the City of Lohja request tenders for the indoor climate study of properties owned or occupied, the purchase of renovation solutions and cost estimates for the years 2026-2027 (2028) and possible option 1 year in accordance with this call for tenders and its annexes. The areas to be investigated are mainly schools, day care centres, nursing homes and office buildings. The procurement is carried out as a framework agreement for which 1-2 service providers are selected! The expert service must include indoor environment studies of office and service buildings, technical expert surveys, and assessment and measurement services related to housing health and the working environment. In addition, the acquisition includes repair planning with different options depending on, for example, the size of the site. The indoor air expert acts as an expert for the indoor air working group. -Time schedules for studies and sampling, cost estimates, implementation and repairs. -Work supervision -Agreeing with users on the research schedule and information sessions. -Providing reports and summaries to sites - Permits and permits A company offering indoor air studies and participating in this call for tenders must be able to provide the following services: indoor climate measurements, such as temperature, humidity and differential pressure measurements, CO2 concentration measurements, determination of dust composition on surfaces, measurement of the content of industrial mineral fibres, determination of volatile organic compounds and microbes. The necessary structural openings and their fittings are also part of the tenderer's tasks. In addition, depending on the starting point of the research, the service must include, for example, the presentation of the research results, the preparation of a repair plan and work instructions, reviews during the repair work, and the preparation of a cost estimate for the repair design. The client requires that the company is able to perform all the tasks related to the assignment as a whole. A tenderer may be an undertaking that provides all or part of the required services, in which case part of the services will be subcontracted to the tenderer. Project managers must be employed by the company submitting the tender. Experience is still required in cooperation with the various parties involved (health services, occupational safety and health, users of the premises, etc.) and in presenting the results of the research to various audiences (e.g. teachers, parents, decision-makers). The tenderer (employee) must have solid experience in indoor climate studies and repairs, as well as in presenting the research results. The selection will benefit from the long work experience of the organisation submitting the tender in solving indoor air problems. For the City of Lohja, the offer must include a designated person and a deputy who will handle the assignments for the entire contract period. It is considered an advantage that the service provider has the possibility to draw up repair plans and that the service provider has an operating model for monitoring indoor air repairs, which is asked to be included in the offer (to be taken into account in the quality scoring). According to the selection criteria, a framework contract will be concluded with the successful tenderer(s), without however obliging the subscriber to purchase the products specified in this invitation to tender. Thus, the customer does not necessarily commit to ordering any studies from the service provider during the contract period, but studies are ordered when necessary and within the budget. Ongoing projects will continue at the same time until the end, if they accept it! Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
