Description

Il s'agit de la mise en place d'un accord-cadre multititulaire (3 au maximum) pour répondre aux besoins d'études d'urbanisme, d'aménagement (y compris dimension paysagère) pour le compte de la direction de l'immobilier. Les prestations comprennent des études de voirie et réseau divers (études de faisabilité, avant-projet) pouvant justifier la constitution de groupements entre cabinets d'urbanisme et bureaux d'études techniques. Les études peuvent porter sur les grands aéroports de la région parisienne mais aussi sur les aérodromes d'aviation générale gérés par Aéroports de Paris".
L'accord cadre indiqué au point II.1.3 sera exécuté sous la forme de marché d'application.
Chaque bon de commande fera l'objet d'une remise en concurrence permanente entre les différents titulaires pour tout besoin.
