Description

Die BVAEB beabsichtigt, im Therapiezentrum Rosalienhof (Am Kurpark 1, 7431 Bad Tatzmannsdorf) Leistungen im Bereich des Hochwasserschutzes (inkl Schutz vor Wassereintritt) sowie Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Verbesserung des Brandschutzes (inkl sonstige, erforderliche Instandsetzungsarbeiten) zu beauftragen. Die in diesem Zusammenhang geschätzten Baukosten werden sich auf ca. 1,2 Mio. EUR (exkl USt) belaufen. Für die Umsetzung dieses Vorhabens werden im Rahmen des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens Leistungen des Generalplaners beauftragt.
