Description

Obiectul acordului cadru îl constituie achiziționarea serviciilor de depozitare arhivă și servicii conexe. Procedura de achiziție publică se lansează în scopul încheierii unui acord cadru pe o perioadă de 4 ani (48 de luni). Acordul cadru va fi încheiat cu maxim 3 operatori economici, atribuirea contractelor subsecvente urmand a se realiza fără reluarea competiției. • Valoarea maxima estimata pentru Acordul Cadru este de 1.896.000 lei fără TVA, respectiv 2.294.160 lei cu TVA. • Valoarea minima estimata pentru Acordul Cadru este de 1.222.000 lei fără TVA, respectiv 1.478.620 lei cu TVA. • Valoarea maxima estimata pentru un Contract Subsecvent este de 461.000 lei fără TVA, respectiv 557.810 lei cu TVA. • Valoarea minima estimata pentru un Contract Subsecvent este de 24.000 lei fără TVA, respectiv 29.040 lei cu TVA. • Frecventa contractelor subsecvente: se estimeaza ca se vor semna un număr de 4 contracte subsecvente. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 16 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
