Description

This is a relaunch following the declaration without follow-up to the previous consultation. Competent in this area, the City of Aix-en-Provence controls the hierarchy of all modes of travel on its territory. For this purpose, the City relies, on the one hand, on the collection of data on pedestrian flows, cyclists (and other EDPMs) and motor vehicles (public transport, private vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, motorised two-wheelers) to establish an inventory of the situation (diagnosis) or to assess the impact of a development, for example; and on the other hand, studies of traffic plans, design of intersections, … to meet the different challenges of sharing public space in terms of mobility. Thus, the purpose of this contract is to carry out surveys of travel in urban areas, and specific studies, at all scales, from the crossroads to the city. This contract comprises 2 lots, - The 1st lot relating to surveys/counts, is intended to collect flow data, inventory, diagnoses and evaluations of the facilities carried out, - And the 2nd lot relating to studies, is intended to reflect on the design of facilities with a view to securing modes of travel. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The contract provides for an insertion clause: - Lot 1 - Collection/counting of flow data in all modes: 100 hours/year - Lot 2 - Traffic studies and design of all types of crossroads; programming of fire junctions: 50 hours/year or 3 weeks of traineeship per year
