Rehabilitation, operation, marketing, servicing, maintenance of buildings related to this CSP from the 2019 season.
The public service is defined as the management and operation of the CCVA tourist building stock in the DOUCY sector and the carrying out of rehabilitation and housing development works.
The scope of the concession contract consists of the following buildings:
