The Contracting Authority will award Implementing (detailed) Contracts on the terms of the contract specified in the model Framework Agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the SPC. 4. The award of a contract covered by the Framework Contract may take place only between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor party to the Framework Contract. 5. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SOPZ, hereinafter referred to as ‘the SOPZ’. 6. The Ordering Party reserves that the implementation of the subject of the Framework Agreements will take place in accordance with the actual demand of the Ordering Party.
