Description

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment entitled: “Improving the investment attractiveness of the Sianów Commune through the development and development of industrial areas along the S6 expressway”. The contracting authority divided the contract into the following two lots: PART 1: Execution of construction works in the ‘design and build’ formula. PART 2: Performing the function of supervising inspector. The detailed scope of the task is described in the Functional and Utility Programme constituting Annex 1 to these specifications and Annex 1A – Description of the subject-matter of the contract for Part 1, Annex 1B – Description of the subject-matter of the contract for Part 2 and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
