Description

Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. Das Projekt MIN-Forum und Informatik besteht aus zwei oberirdischen Baukörpern auf einem gemeinsamen Untergeschoss UG. Die Brutto-Grundfläche beträgt insgesamt rund 43.000 m². Das Raumprogramm setzt sich zusammen aus zentralen Funktionen der MIN-Fakultät (Mensa, Bibliothek, Seminarräume und Hörsäle sowie Büros) dem Institut Informatik und dem zentralen Backup-Rechenzentrum der Universität Hamburg.
