Description

Making the investment for the objective MODERNIZATION, ENLARGEMENT AND DOTATION GARDENA PITICOT, STR. ALEEA TOMIS No. 2, MUNICIPIUL DEJ proposes measures to modernize, extend, equip and immunize against climate change by vertically and horizontally expanding the kindergarten, insulating its tire including changing the carpentry, improving the efficiency of the installations, exterior courtyard and endowment with furniture and equipment. The construction falls under IMPORTANCE CATEGORY ‘C’ (according to Government Decision No 766/1997, published in Official Gazette No 352 of 10 December 1992) and IMPORTANCE CLASS ‘III’ (according to Standard P100/92). The construction falls under CATEGORY ‘C’ OF IMPORTANCE (according to HGR No 766/1997), CLASS ‘II’ OF IMPORTANCE (according to Norm P100/2013) and FIRE RESISTANCE GRADE ‘II’, SMALL RISK OF FIRE. Deadline for execution of works: 24 months from the date of issue of the order to start work. The required guarantee period for the works/services is at least 36 months. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 12th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. In case of requests for clarifications after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to reply.
