Description

This framework agreement with order forms, the maximum annual amount of which is EUR 185 000 (Ville de Sarcelles, EUR 150 000; CCAS, EUR 30 000; Caisse des écoles, EUR 5 000 (HT), is intended to provide travel agency services on behalf of the City of Sarcelles, the CCAS and the Caisse des Ecoles comprising exclusively: - the booking and issue of return air tickets, in economy class at the cheapest available fare, for staff benefiting from enhanced leave and their dependants covered by the rules, to the DROMs and COMs eligible for the enhanced leave scheme; - invoicing of agency service charges (fees) per file processed, as defined in the unit price schedule (BPU). The destinations covered are: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia.
