Description

This procurement concerns framework agreements for architectural services, interior design services and overall strategic services for all of Stockholm University's premises. In addition to the ongoing need for services in normal operations, a local optimisation project is also underway that concerns all of Stockholm University's leased premises. The purpose of the local optimisation project is to reduce leased areas by improving the utilization of the local stock. The project is expected to last until 2034 and involves a large number of relocation and operational adaptations as well as renovation of Södra huset. The procurement is divided into three sub-areas: • Sub-area 1: Southern Frescati, Albano, the rest of the Stockholm area and research stations o Estimated volume: SEK 32 million o Ceiling volume: SEK 48 million • Sub-area 2: Northern Frescati o Estimated volume: SEK 25 million o Ceiling volume: SEK 38 million • Sub-area 3: Overall strategic services o Estimated volume: SEK 12 million o Ceiling volume: SEK 18 million A supplier will be adopted for each sub-area.
