The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the facilities of the ZUS Branch in Zabrze and subordinate organizational units and in external areas. The cleaning service will include the following activities: maintaining cleanliness in the facilities of the Plant, maintaining cleanliness of the external area on the premises adjacent to the facilities of the Plant, washing windows in the facilities, de-snowing roofs on the facilities, performing disinfection, performing works related to the care of green areas. Total cleaning surfaces: indoor area - 18 823.15 m2, outdoor area - 4 899.04 m2, snow-cleaning area of roofs - 4 370,00 m2. Deadline for the execution of the contract: 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than 1 April 2026.
