Name of procedure: Acquisition of parts for hydraulic drives Sub-offer 1: Purchase of engine parts for DESIRO multiple units 1 lot (oil cooler), 10 parts in total Type of contract: In accordance with the sales contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the successful tenderer shall be responsible for delivering the products specified in the List of Items to the specified place of performance in accordance with the delivery schedule as follows. Delivery of 5 products on the 360th day after the signing of the contract, delivery of 5 products on the 720th day after the signing of the contract. Lot 2: Other engine parts 1 item (adapter), 20 parts in total Type of contract: In accordance with the sales contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the successful tenderer shall be responsible for delivering the products specified in the List of Items to the specified place of performance as follows. In accordance with the Customer's actual request, the Supplier shall be entitled and obliged to deliver the uncalled quantity within 120 days from the date of withdrawal, with the proviso that the Supplier shall be entitled and obliged to deliver the uncalled quantity within 720 days from the date of signature of the contract.
